Sip n Brew was born over cups of coffee, deep conversations, and a shared dream between a mother and daughter. I'm a retired teacher, and my daughter—a spirited 19-year-old business student—approached me one day with a simple yet bold idea: “Let’s build something together”.
What started as casual chats about life, work, and what’s next quickly brewed into a mission: to create a space where people could enjoy quality coffee made with purpose. Sip n Brew is our way of turning those heart-to-hearts into something real, something we can share with others.

On the morning of Aug. 30, Katelyn Diaz’s hands shook as she made her first espresso of the day.
Parked in her neighborhood of Polo Run, she took a glance out the window of her new coffee trailer, which is the centerpiece of her new business, Sip n Brew. A line of customers — made up of family, friends and neighbors — were waiting to try out her coffees, teas and lemonades.
